IT Engineer is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring smooth communication between Japanese and Vietnamese teams. This role involves handling technical issues, translating documents, interpreting in meetings, and coordinating project progress to meet client expectations.

* Responsibilities: 

- IT Engineering:
+ Participate in analysis, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of systems, networks, and applications.
+ Troubleshoot technical IT issues and optimize system performance.
- Communication & Coordination:
+ Receive and analyze technical requirements from Japanese clients or managers.
+ Accurately convey requirements and feedback between Japanese and Vietnamese teams.
+ Facilitate understanding by considering Japanese business culture and management style.
- Interpretation & Translation:
+ Provide real-time interpretation (JP–VN, VN–JP) in technical meetings.
+ Translate technical documents, project reports, and user guides.
- Project Support:
+ Monitor and report project progress.
+ Coordinate to ensure deliverables meet Japanese clients’ quality standards.

- Language:
+ Japanese JLPT N2 or higher (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
+ Able to use technical IT terms in Japanese.
- IT Expertise:
+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
+ Knowledge and experience in System, Network, and Application.
- Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years as an IT engineer in manufacturing companies or in Japan-related IT projects.
+ Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) experience is a plus.
- Cultural Competence:
+ Understanding of Japanese work culture, communication etiquette, and management style.
- Soft Skills:
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
