The IT Comtor serves as a crucial link between our company, customers, and IT vendors. This role involves facilitating communication, supporting system development and operations, and interpreting meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Support from Requirements Definition to Operation
- Understand customer demands and our company's intentions, and communicate them to IT vendors.
(We're using the IT vendor in Vietnam for system development)
- Consider and propose solutions when issues arise in the development process.
- Provide support by accompanying system installation and setup.
- Assist in responding to issues that occur during operation.
2. Interpretation
- Interpret conversations during meetings with customers and partners.
3. Others (when there's no tasks for above)
- Conduct market research with Japanese expatriates.
- Develop internal business systems and simple applications, if possible.
