* Description:
1. Reservation Management & Customer Support:
- Management of room reservations: operating the booking site and handling customer inquiries.
- Handling calling from the customers.
- Assistance with front desk operations
2. Administrative & Back-Office Tasks:
- Administrative and back-office tasks: submitting documents to accounting firms, etc.
3. Sales Support (Japanese Representative Assistance):
- Assisting the Japanese representative with corporate contract sales through communication with Vietnamese persons.
