We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to oversee and manage all safety and health-related activities within our department responsible for the installation of factory equipment. This role is critical to ensuring a safe working environment across our 11 bases in major areas throughout Vietnam. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of safety regulations, and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive health and safety programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits at all installation sites.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the company during inspections and audits.

- Experience in plant construction or factory work
- Knowledge of Vietnam's occupational safety and health regulations
- PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- English: Business level (e.g. TOEIC 800)
└Able to communicate about safety and health, construction, and factory work
└To cooperate with our safety departments in Japan and overseas
- Those who can travel domestically and internationally
- Those who can work long-term

* Preferred Skills:
- Responding to accidents, disasters, and quality issues (able to identify causes, propose countermeasures, retraining, etc.)
- Able to actively participate in the development, planning, and coordination of safety qualifications for our employees, as well as in-house training and education.
