Halal Specialist Staff manages halal registration, documentation, and compliance with halal standards while coordinating with halal associations and reporting to Japanese managers.
* Responsibilities:
1. Halal Registration:
- Communicate with Halal association, create documents and get audited.
- Improve halal registration process for efficiency.
2. Comply with Halal Standards:
- Report to halal association at the time of changes of ingredients, machines and processes etc.
- Make sure our products certified by halal association are under halal standards.
3. Lead Halal Management Team:
- Create documents for halal management required by halal association.
- Take care of the daily activities in halal management team according to halal association requirement.
4. Reporting to Japanese Manager:
- Report the registration and audit process to manager.
- Report the results of communication with halal association to manager.
- Report the results of halal management activities to manager.
5. Training for Indonesia Halal:
- Attend a suitable training to maintain Indonesia halal.
6. Conduct daily activities at Quality Control:
- Conduct daily activities at quality control as QC staff.
