HSE Manager will be responsible for safety and health-related work in the department that installs factory equipment of a comprehensive logistics service company with 11 bases in major areas across Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
- Create management regulations in accordance with Vietnam's safety and health laws.
- Deploy the created management regulations to each department within the company.
- Patrols, safety guidance, and training for each department (preferably with knowledge of on-site construction and maintenance work)
- Handle to accidents, disasters and quality issues.
- Developing, planning and coordinating safety qualifications and in-house training for our employees.
- Interactions with Japan and other overseas bases.
- Domestic and international business trips.

<Job Overview>
- On-site: Work at customer premises, work at our own logistics warehouse, installation and maintenance of equipment, etc.
- Area: North and South Vietnam.

- Experience in the same position in plant construction or factory work: about 10 years.
- Knowledge of Vietnam's occupational safety and health regulations.
- PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- English: Business level (e.g. TOEIC 800)
- Able to communicate about safety and health, construction, and factory work.
- To cooperate with our safety departments in Japan and overseas.
