We are seeking a dedicated HR Staff member to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of general human resources and labor-related operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment processes to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate attendance records for all employees.
- Manage the monthly salary calculations, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.
- Administer social insurance contributions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle personal income tax (PIT) obligations for employees and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
