Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage 3 HR staffs, report to Korean Manager.
- Control recruitment activities to meet personnel needs.
- Manage compensation and benefits.
- Control and follow up HSE activities.
- Apply visa, Work permit, Resident card for foreigners.
- Support union activities when needed.
- Organize quarterly dialogue, worker conference.
- Revise company policies such as salary scale, labor agreement, etc.
- Prepare doc. for adjusting investment cert, business cert when needed.
- Work with audit team from customers, government, parent company & Taekwang group.
- Make related reports to the local authority exactly & timely.
- Another duties as requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, under 40yrs old.
- Has at least 5 year sof experience as HR Manager.
- Can communicate by English.
