Mô tả công việc

  • Set company human resources management policy and strategy.
  • Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.
  • Oversees the full scope of human resources.

Compensation and Benefit.

  • Develop company compensation and benefit system: payroll, insurance...
  • Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
  • Solving individual and personnel problem.

Recruitment

  • Set annual manpower plan to meet requirement and ensure company objective.
  • Implement and monitor the recruitment activities.
  • Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with line managers for final selection.
  • Conduct exit interview to collect information for HR policy improvement.

Training & Development

  • Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with other functions in determination of new competencies needed, both technical and non – technical to improve human resource development programs.
  • May conduct training courses.

Admin

  • Office facilities management and supplies
  • Manage and Save cost for purchasing of other assets
  • Other things related to General Affairs
  • Manage paperwork

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English or Japanese (N2 equivalent).
  • At least 5 years working experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor law and regulations.
  • Strong communication, cooperation and leadership
  • Good at conflict management skills.
  • Open mindset, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in Accounting is plus.
