The Governance & General Management Staff for Hanoi's projects will play a crucial role in ensuring effective legal and administrative operations within the company's project subsidiaries. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including tenants, suppliers, contractors, and external consultants, to support the smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
- To review, advise, draft contracts & documents for transactions between the company's subsidiaries (the "project companies") and the tenants, suppliers, contractors. To act as front-line or back-line in negotiation of the said contracts.
- To vet contracts and documents submitted for signing to make sure it is the reviewed and approved version.
- To conduct or liaise with out soursed consultants to do the application or amendment of ERC, IRC, work permits and other licenses for the project companies.
- To participate in the draft, review of internal regulations of the project companies and amendments thereto.
- To draft meeting minutes, resolutions, decisions of shareholders/ BOD/ Members’ Council of the project companies.
- Administration work: Handle other legal -related works and admin works.
