You will be responsible for the on-site management of the factory's production department.
- Management of production and quality control.
- Trouble-shooting and information judgment in case of emergencies.
- Training of executives and employees.
- Responses to ISO audits, etc.
*Because there are managers for production control and quality control respectively, you will stand above these two people (both in their 30s) and perform the above duties.

- English (intermediate level or above).
- Experience in managing both production and quality control in a factory of 100 people (any product is acceptable).
- Lives in Ha Nam and can commute by him/herself.
- Knowledge of ISO.

- Experience in ISO (either newly introduced or dealing with annual audits)
- Capable of training executives and employees.
