- Marketing to attract customers (in Japan/Vietnam) using our own Facebook, operation, and development of job seeker recruitment tools.
- Attracting job seekers (mainly those with specific skills(特定技能)).
- Operation of company Facebook, handling of applicants, reporting to Japanese manager.
- Developing methods of attracting customers other than Facebook.
- Accompanying interpreters and translating materials, etc.
- Administrative duties such as issuing invoices and dealing with government offices.
- New business development.

- Lives in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Japanese level equivalent to JLPT N2.
- Experienced in recruiting specific skills(特定技能) through FB/Social media.

* Preferred Skills:
- Work experience at a startup.
- Those who have connections with customer acquisition brokers.
- Experience in developing subordinates.
- Those who have connections with local ministries, boards of education, universities, etc.

* Benefit: 

- Bonus: Once a year (equivalent to one month's salary).
- Salary increase: Once a year (depending on performance).
- Salary payment date: 20th of the following month.
- Other allowances (transportation expenses, communication expenses, etc.): To be determined.
- Paid vacation: according to the law.
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance: according to legal regulations.
- Personal income tax; according to law.
