Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Staff proficient in Japanese to manage customer inquiries via email. The role involves coordinating with branches resolution of customer concerns.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in Japanese, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Liaise with branches in various ASEAN countries to address and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with hospitals to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses to customer queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese N2 equivalent or above (mainly in email).
- English (intermediate) if you're able to communicate in English email, you can apply for this job.
