We are seeking a Sales Assistant cum Interpreter to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our Japanese customers and our Vietnamese foundry, ensuring seamless order processing, technical communication, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Assistant Duties
- Communication with the Japan headquarters of Kanamori Sangyo Co., Ltd., the ordering company
- Various coordination with Japanese and local foundries as suppliers
- Negotiation and management of prices and delivery schedules
- Technical coordination (confirmation of whether the customer's drawings can be accommodated)
- Verification and management of appropriate quality control systems

2. Interpretation Duties
- Interpretation work at Japanese and local supplier factories (approximately once a week, accompanying customer business trips)

- Japanese (advanced): equivalent to upper N2 or more
- More than 3 years of work experience in manufacturing or trading companies (such as in sales, sales assistance, purchasing, etc.)

*Prefer:

- Experience in negotiating delivery deadlines and prices are preferred.
- Experience in quality control are welcomed.
