We are seeking a Sales Assistant cum Interpreter to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our Japanese customers and our Vietnamese foundry, ensuring seamless order processing, technical communication, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales assistant
- Documentation and communication of orders, delivery dates, etc. (including negotiation).
- Technical communication between customers in Japan and foundry in Vietnam.
You will learn to how to read drawings, and based on that, you will make technical adjustments.
- Quality check of suppliers: check for basic issues such as whether the company has adopted an quality check plan.
2. Interpreter
- We often have the attendance of customers from Japan, about once / 1-2weeks.
- You will go to foundry together and help communication between Vietnamese (foundry) and Japanese (customers),
- Sometimes you will have chance to go to Hai Phong (Just day trip, but return time can be later than regular working time).
