- Main customers are Japanese companies
- Compile Documents regarding services of the Company in compliance with logistics business requirements, in compliance with Governmental and related authority Regulations and international rules.
- Follow Customer Support Operation within laid down procedures issued by The Company (Internal Payment, Control of Internal document procedure...).
- Keep contact, follow information of cargo from top to toe within authority.
- Compile periodically reports on the results of job assignments and total sales volume to CS Manager as request.
- Other duties as assigned by direct Manager and/or Board of Director.
- Keep dead line for all assigned jobs.
- Follow up all internal regulation of the Company.
- Propose in promotion to enhance workflow regarding documentation & customer service to Direct Manager.
- Be enjoyed stipulated rights according to Labor contract, Company related regulation and Labor Law.

- COVID-19 measures have reduced working hours. The normal hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm,
but if you commute to work by bus route pick-up and drop-off, you will arrive at work at
7:40 am and the bus leaves at 4:40 pm in the evening. - Meal times are usually 12:00-1:00 p.m., but are now set from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Now the lunch break is set for a longer break.
