Mô tả công việc

  • Communicating with your team and customers in Japan and Singapore.
  • Translating and providing customer service for Japanese customers.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Data entry.
  • Other tasks will be required by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Japanese N3 skills or higher, intermediate in English (no need any certifications).
  • 1+ years working experience in customer service.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Time management skills.
  • Proficient in using email, google suite.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)(Prefer).
