The Contract & Legal Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's operations comply with legal standards and contractual obligations. This position involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts and legal documents, as well as providing expert legal advice to support the company's projects and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review bidding documents, project documents, contract documents and consult on legal issues arising during the Company's operations.
- Coordinate with relevant Departments and partners to review, draft and negotiate Contracts with Investors.
- Participate in reviewing and giving opinions on Subcontractor/Supplier Contracts.
- Draft/review official dispatches/notices, make legal reports to consult on issues arising during the implementation of Contracts at Projects.
- Research documents, provide legal advice, propose solutions when legal issues arise at assigned Projects.
- Participate in resolving disputes (if any) arising from the assigned work
- Perform management, record keeping, analysis, summary and experience of implemented projects, propose improvements.
- Participate/conduct internal training on contract law
- Advise and support other departments on contract law when requested.
- Report and update work to superiors (Executive Director).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Conduct project audits and quality checks to maintain high industry standards. Other tasks are assessed.
