The Channel Sales Team is responsible for managing and developing distributor sales activities, ensuring effective partnerships, and optimizing sales strategies. This role involves coordinating with distributors, analyzing customer feedback, and managing supply chain logistics.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Channel Management
- Manage overall distributor sales activities and development.
- Oversee distributor partnerships including quotations, contracts, and operational support.
- Formulate and adjust pricing strategies.
- Provide product training and educational support.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for sales pipeline and project tracking.
2.Customer Insights & Feedback Analysis
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for service and product improvement.
3. Supply Chain Coordination
- Manage and optimize inventory.
- Perform demand forecasting in collaboration with distributors.
- Coordinate trade operations including import/export and local logistics.
- Oversee warranty claims and returns.
4. Technical Support
- Deliver timely and comprehensive technical support.
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions.
- Manage customer service and product inquiries.
- Support accurate inventory planning based on sales projections.
