You will be involved in the following tasks at a company that manufactures industrial tools:
* Responsibilities:
- General tasks related to business planning.
- Coordination across multiple departments such as General Affairs, HR, and Accounting.
- Communication and handling with external organizations (labor, environment, fire department, customs, tax office, labor union, etc.).
- Overall team management of company staff.
- Planning and implementing training programs for internal staff development.
- Reporting to the Japan headquarters and business trips to Japan (about once a year).
- Other tasks as instructed by the Japanese General Director.
