The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding Company's presence in Vietnam by building strategic relationships, developing the company Vietnam website, and overseeing business operations. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong network in the steel industry and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Build and expand the network with key steel mills, traders, contractors, steel association and other related parties.
- Work with company headquarter and develop company Vietnam website.
- Develop data/information collection and content strategy of company Vietnam website.
- Hire, train and manage editors and manage the overall business operation.
- Implementing sales and marketing for acquiring new subscribers.
- Initiate and manage the projects (event, plant tour and market training sessions etc) to achieve the business goal.
- Other jobs assigned by the board.

- Minimum 5 years' of commercial experience, preferable in steel industry.
- Good communication skill to build and maintain networks.
- Good self-motivator with high team-work spirit, dedication to career, willingness to work under pressure, and capability to juggle multi-duties.
- Have a basic understanding of the steel industry, economy, policy, etc., clear logical thinking and have the ability to explain the industry fundamentals.
- Result oriented, strong interest in commodity and data business.
- Keyboard-oriented, familiar with Internet and Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PPT).
- Language skill: Chinese (Fluent) English (Business) Vietnamese (Native)
