We are seeking a Business Development to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting sales activities across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide options and consulting services for industrial real estate (industrial parks and rental plants) to investment companies in mainland China and Taiwan (90%).
- Conduct other business with companies in mainland China and Taiwan, including sales support (media business, car rental business, etc.) (10%).
- Coordinate and interact daily with Chinese partner companies, mainly through WeChat, for marketing and sales support.
- Respond to enquiries from Chinese investors by confirming their needs and proposing real estate options.
- Support Chinese investors during their trips to Vietnam by arranging appointments with park/leasing plant developers, accompanying tours, providing interpretation in Chinese and Vietnamese, and explaining the investment process.
- Network daily with industrial park/leasing plant developers to collect project information.
- Create Chinese materials such as sales materials, presentations, and brochures.
- Gather information on investment trends of companies in China and Taiwan by collecting public information from the internet and other sources.
- Participate in investment seminars and events related to China and Taiwan, held in Vietnam, China, Taiwan, etc.
- Undertake domestic business trips to locations such as Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Thai Binh, Nghe An, and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Undertake overseas business trips to China, Taiwan, etc.
