BrSE Position for SAP ABAP Development [ Q.1 - HCM ]

- Join SAP projects such as implementation/roll-out/development/AMS as ABAP developer or Technical leader (propose solution, write technical specification, Coding, Unit Test).
- Propose appropriate technical solution based on requirements and functional specification (FS).
- Participate consultation sessions with functional consultants and end-users.
- Deliver technical demos or provide technical advice as requested.
- Conduct peer review to guarantee adherence to processes, guidelines and templates.
- Communication with clients, offshore team,….if needed.
- Manage, keep track and follow up on assigned tasks promptly, and escalate countermeasures to supervisors.
- Maintain strong working relationship with stakeholders from all locations.
- Ensure proper documentation and provide knowledge transfer (Requirements & Technical spec) to support members.

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent in Japanese & English communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Bridge Engineer for IT projects. Prospects to learn ABAP quickly.
- Strong tasks management & organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to deliver solutions/product on time and high quality.
- Knowledge in SAP business process (SD, MM, FI, PP…) or ABAP is a plus.
