- Handling customers in Singapore.
- Creation of perspective, animation, and modeling by BIM.
- Technical improvement and management of members.
- Create, update and modify BIM models and drawings during project execution.
- Create BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner data points and other inputs.
- Create BIM products for construction, documentation and fabrication.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of BIM models.
- Develop internal model standards and work planning guidelines.
- Coordinate modeling, distribution, and modification with foreign colleagues.

- Business level of English (level to be able to speak with Singaporean customers on equal terms).
- Knowledge of architecture.
- Experience in BIM (Revit) operation.
