- Accompanying the Vietnamese manager

- Prepare quotations
- Sharing product information to Japan.
*Once you become accustomed to the job, you will be asked to expand the scope of your work in accordance with the manager's instructions.
- Searching for suppliers via the Internet and acquaintances.
- Selection of suppliers.
- Handle audits at the time of contracting with suppliers.
- Hearing from buyers at the head office in Japan about products they need.
(Examples of products handled: furniture, building materials, processed foods).
- Interpretation.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Japanese N2 or above.
- Able to communicate with Japanese people by e-mail, telephone, and meetings in Japanese.
- Experience working for a Japanese company.
- Ability to travel (70% in southern part of Vietnam, 30% in northern and central part of Vietnam).
