The Assistant in the Technical Support Department supports engineers by arranging permits, handling customer inquiries, and assisting technical communication, mainly with Chinese clients.
* Responsibilities:
- Support for Service Engineers: Communicating with clients’ factories and arranging entry/service permits and other related tasks to conduct service work.
- Customer Support: Help handling inquiries especially from Chinese clients, including phone calls.
For technical matters, you will assist communication between the Technical Support Engineer(your report line) and Chinese clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Reviewing contracts, entering service data, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by the Technical Support Engineer or Japanese Manager.
