Mô Tả Công Việc
- Do Training Activities in internal.
- Do Activities of Recruitment.
- Input data of employees.
- Check time keeping and Calculate salary monthly.
- Make Labor Contract for employee.
- Do procedure kinds of social Insurance.
- Collect KPI document.
- Support administrative works and other work of HRGA according to instruction of Manager.
- Working 5 day/Week & off 2 day/Week; 8.5 hour/day.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor degree.
- Language skill: English Conversational Level.
- Age: 24-30.
- Gender: Any Gender Welcome.
- Experience of HR of 2 year more.
- Have enough HR experience (Priority for having experience:Interview and hiring experience, payroll calculation, Training ).
- Working experience at Japanese company.
- Having good communication skills and presentation skill.
- Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, pp.
- Language skill: Japanese Conversational Level (Prefer).
