Mô tả công việc

1. General affairs and accountin
- Support in managing the administrative budget and expenses, including monitoring and tracking expenses, preparing budget reports, and ensuring cost-effective solutions in administrative operations.
- Equipment management and ordering.
- Manage third-party services and suppliers, co-operate with external accounting to handle accounting works such as payroll, manage invoices…
- Provide services for expatriates, including visa and work permit management, rental house coordination, and residence card assistance.
- Connect and build good relationships with local authorities to facilitate tasks effectively.

2. Sales support
- Assist the Director on sales activities : Support for new customer development, follow-up and support for existing customers, support for communication between customers and subcontractors.
- Contact with customers and record all customers’ information, follow up and update customers’ status and needs…
- Prepare contract, quotation, check list…
- Handle other tasks as requested by the Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good at Japanese. (Good at English is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an assistant, administrative or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Working time: 8:00- 17:00 from Monday – Friday.
- Understanding of products and services, understanding of internal situation (current situation/issues).
- Good at information gathering, knowledge and information on markets and related laws.
