We are seeking a Accounting Staff member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including cash management, payment processing, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Cash management.
- Bank account for various payments.
- Accounting data and documentation.
- Prepare and manage cash receipts and disbursements.
- Maintain cash book.
- Manage payment schedule and handle payments to suppliers.
- Sales invoicing to Tokyo Head Office.
- Issuance of VAT invoices.
- Prepare and submit reports on borrowing status, etc.
- Prepare and submit tax returns for the use of borrowings, etc.
- Prepare and submit remittance data for salaries, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and labor union dues.
- VAT tax return and payment.
- Individual income tax (PIT) provisional declaration/payment (provisional calculation and payment), (per individual + per company)
- Reporting the use of vouchers related to personal income tax.
- Corporate income tax (CIT) finalization and settlement.
- Business license tax finalization/payment.
- Statistical report for the fiscal year.
- Preparation of financial statements at the time of accounting audits.
