We are seeking a Accounting cum Admin Staff member for our trading company specializing in screws and industrial materials. The candidate will efficiently manage both accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Duties:
- Issue invoices accurately and timely.
- Create and manage bills.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as instructed by the manager.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Handle general affairs tasks to support office operations.
- Manage social insurance procedures.
- Oversee visa and work permit procedures.
- Ensure timely renewal of ERC/IRC and other relevant documentation.
