The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial closing operations, manage the accounting department staff, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. This role will also involve reviewing and proposing business improvements, supporting accounting audits, and managing cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Financial closing operations (supervision, cost accounting, preparation of reporting materials, etc.)
- Review and proposal of business improvement.
- Labor management for accounting department staff.
- Accounting audit support.
- Taxation (CIT, PIT, FCT tax returns, tax investigation support, transfer pricing taxation support, etc.)
- Cash management.
- Reporting and explanation to management.
- Reporting and explanations to management.
- Chief Accountant Qualifications.
- Seven or more years of accounting experience.
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing industry.
- Managerial experience.
- Proficiency in English or Japanese to be able to communicate in business.
- Understanding of Vietnamese Accounting (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Experience working in the automotive industry is plus.
