We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on visual merchandising opportunities across all stores, ensuring consistent visual standards, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong ability to train store personnel, manage supplier relationships, and oversee the VM budget.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and realize VM opportunities for all stores and monthly VM plan.
- Develop the VM function and implement a structure to maintain consistent visual standards in stores.
- Provide training to store personnel on VM techniques and standards.
- Manage suppliers' relationship and VM budget.
- Digital marketing: monthly promotion.
- Support new store display VMD.
- Other tasks (Marketing...) assigned by Manager.
- University degree in related field.
- Experience from 3 years in similar fields. Experience working in retails chain (Home life, Home furniture…) is an big plus.
- Familiar with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel,...)
- Be able to design and produce POSM.
- Creative and logical thinking, have good sense of decoration.
- English: good (work directly with foreign Manager).
- Problem-solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill.
