Supervise operation of biomass boiler system, water chiller system, air chiller system (AHU), air compressor system, water treatment system, wastewater treatment system, NG system, LCO2 system, LN2 system, caustic system, support corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, carry out improving machinery to increase availability for production and reduce maintenance and operation costs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and track utilities processes, analyzing monthly energy consumption and operation cost, optimizing equipment and process performance.
- Provides technical assistance related to operation expertise.
- Manages goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement.
- Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality.
- Manage Human Resources (lead teams, training and develop operators, working plan, vacations, day-off, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors).
- Distribute tasks to utility technician, operators.
* Education
- Desired university degree in engineering (electrical, Automation, electromechanical, refrigeration…etc).
Desirable
- Knowledge of involved areas /utilities process / equipment / quality tools.
- Knowledge of electrical, automation or refrigeration.
- Language Skills (English intermediate level).
- At least 5 years relevant experience in utilities process, management.

- Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Safety and firefighting training.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
- Synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistic methods (SPC).
