The Production Management Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes, with a focus on aerosol lines, to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

- Establish production plans for the day and time in relation to the weekly production plan (especially for aerosol lines).
- Secure production facilities and human resources to support production.
- Selection of equipment, attendance at suppliers, and verification.
- Management of the entire production section (creation and execution of annual action plans, setting and management of KPI).
- Daily production result management system for the production area, DDS (daily operation instruction setting).
- Forecasting of imports, PO management.
- Coordination with warehouse.
- Management organization (Production Section: 5 leaders, 136-145 workers)

- University degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial electronics, or electronic engineering.
- 5 years of experience in production management at a foreign manufacturer (major manufacturer).
- Management skills.
- Planning skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- English or Japanese.
