Mô tả công việc

- Coordinate, control and implement good operation practices.
- Manage area goals and results (controls and reports).
- Manage utilities budget and investments.
- Study, coordinate and monitor improvements in the utilities in general.
- Manage Human Resources (lead teams, work plans, vacations, training, leaves, layoffs, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors).
- Monitor factory process controls (fuel, chemical and stocks).
- Develop and give technical and / or operational training, focused on the utilities area.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of the equipment involved in the utilities process, controlling its maintenance, solving problems to avoid equipment breakdown and / or production shutdown.
- Provide technical assistance in order to maintain employee’s safety.
- Protect company assets and seek for better yield and product quality.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Qualifications:
- University degree on engineering.
- Desired previous experience as supervisor.
- Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Activity-specific SAP / R3 system skill.
- Safety and firefighting training.
- High knowledge of Air compressed, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Boiler, WTS, WWTS.
- Synthesis and problem solving skills.
- Human relations skills.
- Fluent in English both of spoken and written.

* Job Skills:
- Advanced math and computer knowledge are needed to operate production systems.
- Often on their feet for long periods of time.
- Read blueprints, understand measures, voltmeters, technical drawings, manuals and other materials.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical/critical thinking.
- Strong accountability, consistency and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.
