- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the die & mold maintenance section to ensure that section's operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
- Lead & improve mold & die operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity.
- Manage general of die & mold section including repair and maintenance die & mold, related equipment...etc.
- Lead and develop strong Die & Mold Maintenance Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.

- Have at least 5 years’ experience in similar position (Manager level), prefer in manufacturing companies.
- At least 5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining Press Die.
- Graduated from University.
- Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred).
- Strong people management & leadership skill.
- Well understand in mold, die (at least 5 years’ experience in repair & maintenance die & mold).
- Long term and short-term vision.
- Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
