- Communicate, work with customer, factory about taking new order, sample development, bulk production, and delivery.
- Follow sample, production schedule with team to keep delivery as customer request.
- Conduct research for new request from customer.
- Solve problems, issues that happened during production.
- Make report to customer, manager about the related issue.
- Visit factories as business trip according to job's require.

- Gender: Male/Female (Prefer Male).
- Japanese: JLPT N2.
- English: uper Intermediate Level.
- Graduated from College or University.
- Possess at least 3 years experience in garment production control.
- Have negotiation skill to work with customers and factories.
- Handle pressure effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively in teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Be able to think independently and make informed decisions.
- Thinking positively.
- Start working date: ASAP.
