The Technical Advisor will support the Section Manager by leveraging their expertise in marine engines, power products, and related spare parts. This role involves providing technical advice, managing technical issues, and ensuring high-quality after-sales support. 

Responsibilities:​

- Support Section Manager in his area of responsibilities with relevant skills and talents:
- Provide technical advice for marine engines or power products and relating spare parts.
- To be responsible for all related technical issues: supervising in after-sales technical support, service job, warranty claim, installation check and user’s guidance etc.
- To assist the handling of service inquiries received from Vietnam market and relayed to company.
- Attend technical trainings held, and assist the coordination of such event.
- Translate technical documents and manuals etc. from Vietnamese to English language or vice versa, whenever required.
- Any other duties that are assigned in the course of work.

- Bachelor certification in Marine Engineering or Electrical Electronic Engineering.
- At least 2 years working experience as Engineer for marine engines or power products (generator).
- Intermediate level in English (job requires daily communication with overseas team).
- Good technical knowledge of marine engines or power products.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and to complete assignments.
- Ability to fit in with the team and develop effective and supportive relationships with colleagues (in Vietnam and overseas).
- A willingness to travel and work at site for extended periods.
- Must be physically well to work onboard tasks (health check certificate is required upon acceptance).
