- As a technical expert, complete design/implementation with high productivity and quality.
- Conduct the most difficult tasks and investigations in the project by himself and record the way he conducted them.
- Collaborate with the PM and share the implementation details with the members.
- Review of the member's implementation.
- Communication with members is required, but management is not.
- This position is more technical than project leader.

- More than 5 years of development experience as an IT engineer.
- Over 3 years of development experience using Java.
- Development experience in web service development.
- Experience in review.
- Candidate can develop with quality in mind.
