- Responsible for project planning and design work under Japanese guidance according to ability.
- Support supervision work at construction site.
- Interpreter Japanese-Vietnamese  at the factory construction site: Meetings and records with local construction companies.
- Support for witnessing various inspections and records.

- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher.
- Willingness to work at the construction site for an extended period.
- Experience in construction engineering is required.
- Holding a certificate of construction competency is advantageous.
- Age between 27 and 32 is preferred.
