You will be responsible for the following tasks at a general contractor that handles the projects such as commercial and real estate development.
Responsibilities:
- Contract-related coordination and negotiations (with clients, consultants, subcontractors, etc.)
<Project Overview>
- Project: Commercial facility construction project.
- Area: Binh Duong Province.
- Client: Japanese company.
- Construction start: Late 2025 (tentative).
- Practical work experience in the commercial facilities project: Above 5 years.
- English: Business level (ability to join the meeting conducted in ENG)
- Tough negotiation skills with subcontractors.
<Certification/ Knowledge>
- CPR (Construction Pricing , Level II).
- Knowledge and practical experience regarding contracts.
