- We are a company that installs roof-mounted PV power generation, and you will be responsible for the following tasks:
<Main responsibilities>
- On-site construction management (process management, safety management, etc.)
- Management of workers at local partner companies (about 10 people).
- Interact with Japanese main contractors and report creation (actual communication is between Vietnamese staff).
<Qualifications>
- Construction management qualification: Above level 3 (Giám sát thi công tác lắp đặt thiết bị vào công trình).
- Safety and health qualifications.
- The above two qualifications are required because the company wants you to work on-site immediately after joining the company.
- Construction management qualification: It will be required to sign on the documents related construction project by qualified person.
<Experience/ Skill, Other)
- Site engineer experience related to electrical equipment: about 3~4 years (level at ability to manage the site by one self).
- English: A level that ability to create reports and interact with Japanese people in the company.
- Those who can go on business trips all over Vietnam (business trip period: about 3 months ~).
* Preferred Skills:
- Solar panel related construction experience.
- Site engineer manager experience.
- Japanese: N3 level.
