We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves repairing machinery at customer sites primarily in the northern region of Vietnam. The position requires frequent business travel, typically returning within 1-2 days, though extended trips of 1-2 weeks may be necessary during emergency situations such as flooding.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance of machinery at customer plants.
- Travel within designated regions, with the flexibility to handle extended trips during emergencies.
- Opportunity to participate in engineering training sessions held in Japan (2-3 times a year for new hires).
- Engage in English language training alongside international sales engineers to enhance service delivery and technical communication.
