We are seeking a R&D Leader/Manager to oversee the development of daily necessities, including household detergents, clothes detergents, and air fresheners. This role will also involve product development of insecticides, with support from our Japanese research department. 

Responsibilities:

- Development of daily necessities such as household detergents, clothes detergents, air fresheners, etc.
- Product development of insecticides (Japanese research department will support the development of insecticides)

- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of chemical related fields.
- Experience in product development related to cosmetics, detergents, and clothing detergents.
- Experienced in R&D position at a manufacturer for more than 5 years.
- Japanese skills is prefer.
