The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients by performing setup, maintenance, and repair work on machines at customer factories.
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup, maintenance and repair work on machines at customer factories.
- We have Chinese customers, and we communicate with them through conversations in Chinese, as well as via email, ZALO, etc.
- Knowledge of electric.
- 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance.
- Chinese (Advanced).
- English (Intermediate).
- Commute by him/herself.
- 1 year of experience with CNC machines or CNC machines equipped with operating systems.
- Japanese language skills.
