- Good communication skill in English and Japanese.
- At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience for software, Web application for cross-browser & Mobile applications for phones or tablets on iOS/Android.
- An appreciation of the importance of the smallest details.
- Mastery of core design concepts (composition & layout, color theory, typography, etc).
- Ability to collaborate and take input from others and learn quickly.
- Experience with user interface and visual design patterns.
- Understand technical feasibilities and constraints.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to create front-end code (HTML/CSS/jQuery).
- Understanding of common software development practices.
