Senior Mechanical / Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks at a general construction company doing construction work for factories, commercial facilities, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Create concept drawings, study price reduction options.
- Proceed with the permit application stage, set up the drawing design schedule and control the progress and quality of the drawings.
- Work with third parties such as contractors and consultants to complete the permit application process (needs communication skills,
- Management skills, knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese standards, NFPA, IEC...).
- Manage contractors on schedule and techniques documents (Need deep knowledge of electricity, ELV, combine, Revit, Naviswork, ACC...)
- Manage contractors on schedule and techniques documents ( need deep knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting, combine, Revit, Naviswork, ACC...)
- Check and approve shop drawings, materials....
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings of departments at the construction site and participate in inspection and acceptance of the program.
