Site Engineer (Electrical Equipment) is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, including process and safety management.
Responsibilities:
- On-site construction management (process management, safety management, etc.)
- Management of workers at local partner companies (about 10 people)
- Interact with Japanese main contractors and report creation (actual communication is between Vietnamese staff)
- Site engineer experience related to electrical equipment: about 5 to 10 years (level at ability to manage the site by one self)
- English: A level that ability to create reports and interact with Japanese people in the company
- Those who can go on business trips all over Vietnam (business trip period: 3 months ~)
* Preferred Skills:
- Solar panel related construction experience.
- Site engineer manager experience.
- Japanese: N3 level.
