- Establish strong relationships with clients in Japanese.
- Examine requirements from clients and propose specifications to them.
- Create specifications in either Japanese or English.
- Clarify the specifications to Vietnamese engineers based on your understanding.
- Conduct Q&A sessions between clients ⇔ BAs and BAs ⇔ engineers.
- Monitor project progress (client control) to ensure team members work efficiently.
- Assist in project schedule creation and progress management (PM assistance).

1. Prerequisite
- Proficient in logical and fluent communication in Japanese.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- 2 years or more of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role in app and web service development.
- Familiarity with the app and web service development process.
- Ability to fulfill responsibilities without hesitation even in challenging environments.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team.

2. Skills/Experience Preferred

- Experience in agile development.
- Proficient in creating basic design documents.
- Previous experience in coordinating with Japanese clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and proposal experience.
- Possesses leadership skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Successful completion of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or N2.
- Experience in training junior team members.
- Proficient in English.
