Assist the General Director in managing current clients, identifying new business opportunities with Japanese and non-Japanese clients, and handling contracts while coordinating with internal departments to process project documentation.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and approach clients with quotations.
- Work with internal teams to process contracts.
- Follow up on project progress and prepare necessary documents for payment processing.
- Coordinate with related parties for project insurance and other relevant matters.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
