- All architectural design works from concept as per Client’s requirements.
- The above design works are for Tender Drawings, Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design and As-Built Drawings.
- Continuous updating, following up with the Design Work’s relevant Legal Requirements, Regulations, Standards…
- Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers to ensure the construction is in compliance with approved design and specifications, quality, quantity, progress and budget.
- Manage and supervise other design team members to maintain design schedule and produce quality design as required.
- Train Architect and Junior Architects for their career development through provided design works.
- Report to Design Manager for work progress and outstanding issues to agree on solutions.
- Other duties assigned by Design Manager from time to time.

- Good command of spoken and written English, especially English in design and construction.
- Graduated from Architecture University or relevant Universities.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Good leadership and management skill.
- Having ability to use proficiently applications as following: Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop, SketchUp.
- Having good skill of sketch to transfer information to relevant sections to execute the works.
- Manage assigned design works fulfilling the required quality within agreed deadlines.
- Proactive and initiative personality.
- Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently.
- Having Architect Profession Practicing Certificate.
